About Warranty
We provide 2 years warranty.
If there is any problem with the product, buyer need to record the problem and send us the video.
Then we will send replacement parts and installation video to solve the problem.
If the problem can't be settled, buyer can send the product to European repair service in Germany for free repair.
Notice:
roborock S7 Pro Ultra works well on undercoat or suede carpets, but may not be suitable for some shag carpets or dark carpets and floor, because shag carpets may block the cliff sensor on the bottom of the machine, thereby making the machine regard it as a cliff that it should avoid. This is also true for some dark carpets that may have good light absorption ability. If a refund is requested for this reason, we will not accept it.

The suction power has been cranked up. All the way up. From a maximum of 2500 Pa on the Roborock S7 all the way to 5100 Pa x on the S7 Pro Ultra. That’s more than double the power. Fire up the Max+ mode, and all that power is yours.

Recreate your home, along with all your furniture and floor types, right in the Roborock app. Automatically. When mapping is done, you can add your furniture, including beds, sofas, tables, and more. Need to clean around the bed after a lazy breakfast? Just tap on your bed.
With your home recreated, you can view it in 3D with 3D Mapping and navigate it virtually with a Matrix map x .
