6. Important duties, taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges.These charges are on the buyer side. Please check with your local custom office to determine what these items has happened.
Note: We will try the best to help process customs, but not responsibility for packages held by customs in its destination country. If parcel is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.

How to settle the problem if the item is defective?
We are sorry that the item is defective, and we will actively deal with such incidents. We also need your kind support for our work.
1. If the item is defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
2.Please take clear photos on the defect, then sendimages to us so that we can check. All returned itemsmust be in the original condition in order to refund or exchange. The tracking number is needed after shipping out.
3. We will cover the regular shipping cost if the item is identified by us with defect or not as advertised.
4. We also accept exchange or return if you are not satisfied with our item. But shipping cost is non-refundable.
5. The refund is conducted by PORTAL and it usually takes about 5-10 days for you to receive the refund. Please kindly contact with the customer service of PORTAL if you don't receive the refund after a certain day.
